What form of payments does Kites In the Sky accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amercian Express credit and debit cards. We also accept payments by PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to order by PayPal. Checks - Kites In The Sky accepts money orders and certified checks mail. You may pay by check online using an eCheck through PayPal.

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

We will only charge your credit card when the order is shipped. PayPal payments are paid immediately through PayPal when your order is submitted.

What is Kites In The Sky return policy?

We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts. For our complete return and exchange policy please visit our returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us via e-mail or by phone at 1-405-624-6231 also contact the shipping company and report the damage and arrange for pickup of the damaged item. They will notify us of the claim and then we can ship you a replacement. Here are the contact numbers you will need:

What if there is an item or part missing from my order?

In most cases if you did not receive something that you ordered it was out of stock and placed on backorder. Please check your invoice to see if you have been charged for the missing item. If it was out of stock we would not charge your account and should not show up on the invoice. We do attempt to contact the customer before the order ships to let them know if an item they ordered was out of stock. If the item was placed on backorder we will ship it out as soon as it comes in, without any additional shipping charges.
